2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 100% of the sales commission and 60% of the marketing fee.
This equals an 80% rebate of the total commissions paid to 2020 DIRECTINVEST by fund managers or up to 8% of your initial investment.
Example:
Project: ABC Forestry Project
Cost: $5500 Incl GST per woodlot
Total commission: 10%
The application fee per woodlot is $5000 plus $500 for investments in the ABC Forestry Project. 2020 DIRECTINVEST would receive a 10.0% sales commission based on the GST exclusive application fee of $5,000. We would then rebate 8.0% of the $5000 application per woodlot, an amount of $400.
The net cost per woodlot after the rebate would be
$5000 woodlot + $500 GST - $400 rebate = $5,100.00 |
Unless stated otherwise, rebates will be issued in the form of a rebate cheque paid when commission is received from the Fund Manager.
