The ANZ Discovery Asia Fund is a fund of hedge funds that seeks to provide investors with greater exposure to Asian equity markets. Investors will benefit from the security of 100% capital protection at maturity and ANZ will provide approved applicants a loan for 100% of the application amount. The Fund will have leveraged exposure to Class B shares in the Lighthouse Asian Strategies Fund (Underlying Fund). The Underlying Fund is a diversified fund of Asian focused absolute return funds managed by Lighthouse Investment Partners LLC.

Investors in the ANZ Discovery Asia Fund may choose from three investment options
- Subscribe to units only
- Subscribe to units only and purchase a Put Option to obtain capital protection
- Subscribe to units and apply for a loan 100% of the application amount (you will be required to purchase a Put Option)
Minimum Investments:
- Application without loan facility: $10,000
- Application with 100% loan facility: $50,000
| Fee Disclosure | | 2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 100% of the 3.0% entry fee on the ANZ Discovery Asia Fund as additional units. 2020 DIRECTINVEST will also rebate 100% of the 0.45% upfront commission on the HFA ANZ Discovery Asia Fund Investment Loan in the form of a rebate cheque. 2020 DIRECTINVEST may receive a 0.225% pa trailing commission on the investment total and 0.50% trailing commission pa on the loan balance. This is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor. |
