The APN AREIT Fund aims to provide investors with the opportunity to invest in a sector that is considered to be at a discount and offers an attractive yield. The objective is to provide investors with a consistent, relatively high level of income combined with some capital growth, sourced from a diversified portfolio of Australian listed property securities.
The APN AREIT fund gives investors the opportunity to gain exposure to a spread of primarily Australian listed income earning property securities and cash/fixed interest. The fund invests in listed property securities but not direct property. APN continually review and if appropriate reweigh the fund's investment with the objective of optimising the fund's distributable income. This disciplined investment strategy is designed to reduce both market and specific risk. Investors are given access to a diversified portfolio of premium quality listed property securities which offer relatively higher yields, superior medium to long term total return expectations and lower volatility.
