The APN Euro Property Fund will seek to invest in a diversified portfolio of specialist European property Funds that invests in European commercial property, including retail, office and industrial property.
The Fund will hold investments in
- APN Champion Retail Fund- 6 year close ended fund with 80% interest in the Champion Portfolio comprising 16 supermarkets located across Europe.
- APN/UKA Poland Retail Fund- Polish retail property fund with 100% interest in the Manhattan shopping Centre located in Gdansk, Poland.
- APN/UKA Vienna Retail Fund- 7 year close ended fund with an approximate 80% interest in Shopping Centre Nord located in Vienna Austria.
Following the current capital raising, the Fund is expected to have an underlying investment in 18 retail properties in Greece, Poland and Austria. The Fund has set a benchmark to provide a minimum distribution of 8cents per Unit per annum, indexed annually to CPI.
| Fee Disclosure | | 2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 2.4% of the 3.0% upfront commission on investments in the APN Euro Property Fund as a rebate cheque. 2020 DIRECTINVEST will retain 0.6% to cover postage & handling, marketing and administration of the fund. No trailing commission is paid on the APN Euro Property Fund. |
