APN Funds Management (APN FM) is a specialist property funds manager that was established in 1997. The company has numerous differentiated property funds for a range of clients. These funds are managed for more than 9,000 direct clients (not including clients through investment platforms) and for nearly 400 independent adviser dealer groups. In addition, APN FM estimates that it manages the funds for well over 100,000 indirect clients through over 40 investment platforms.

The directors and senior executives of APN FM have considerable experience in property funds management of numerous listed and unlisted property funds as well as property syndicates. APN FM has a considerable operations infrastructure that supports client service, accounting and sales and marketing of its numerous property funds.

Investment Philosophy

APN FM is an active funds manager with a focus on value investing. Through the significant experience of its executives in property investment and property development, combined with its comprehensive investment processes (including on-going research and portfolio risk management), APN FM is well placed to seek out property-based investments for its respective Funds.

While APN FM’s monitoring of market risk provides a top down or big picture element to the selection of individual investments for each Fund, APN FM’s style has a bottom up bias which requires a thorough understanding of the detail of each of the Fund’s underlying investments.

APN FM has established clear, concise and distinctive portfolio strategies for each fund it manages. This provides investors with significant choice regarding specialist property investment options.
