The Aspen Diversified Property Fund allows investors to gain exposure to the returns produced by well located and well managed commercial properties for as little as $10,000.

The fund was established with the objective to acquire a portfolio of commercial property assets up to a value of at least $250 million; at present the fund has a diversified portfolio of 12 properties with a value of $192 million.

The Aspen Diversified Property Fund will acquire quality commercial properties generally $5 million-$30 million in value. These properties are generally overlooked by larger institutional investors and are out of reach of most individual property investors however they have the potential to generate strong returns and provide growth opportunities for a variety of investors.

Fee Disclosure

2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 2.4% of the 3.0% upfront commission on investments in the Aspen Diversified Property Fund as additional units. 2020 DIRECTINVEST will retain 0.6% to cover postage & handling, marketing and administration of the fund. No trailing commission is paid on the Aspen Diversified Property Fund.
