- AUI Capital Guaranteed Bond: invests primarily in quality fixed interest securities, mortgages and cash securities.
- AUI Capital Guaranteed Mortgage Bond: invests in a portfolio of loans secured over quality retail, commercial, investment residential and industrial property.
- AUI Conservative Growth Bond: invests in a diversified investment portfolio, with the majority of assets in quality fixed interest securities, mortgages and cash securities. The Fund maintains a modest exposure to growth assets such as Australian and international shares and property securities.
