Description The Australian Unity Retail Property Trust is an established property trust with a strong track record.
The Australian Unity Retail Property Trust is an established retail property investment vehicle. The Trust has a strong track record and is currently growing its portfolio through a major expansion of the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre and additional retail property investments.

The Australian Unity Retail Property Trust currently holds an investment in a retail shopping centre in the thriving coastal region of Geelong, Victoria. This region continues to diversify the portfolio while continuing to improve and develop its existing properties.

The Trust is currently raising capital to fund the expansion of the centre through a development program. This capital raising will also increase the Australian Unity Retail Property Trust Fund's liquidity and enable it to take advantage of other suitable investment opportunities.

The offer is to raise up to $12million, on a first served basis, to partially financing a significant expansion of the Fund's principal asset, the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre and further the general investment objectives of the Fund. The balance of expansion cots will be met through borrowings.

Fee Disclosure
2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 100% of the 4.0% entry fee on investments in the Australian Unity Retail Property Trust as additional units. 2020 DIRECTINVEST may receive a trailing commission of up to 0.25% pa. This trailing commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
