Becton Office Fund
Trust Strategy - The investment strategy of the Becton Office Fund is to maximise financial returns to investors in the most efficient manner possible from office property. The Manager believes by improving the mix of properties, tenants and lease terms (by both acquisition and professional management), the Trust will further improve its ability to offer regular and secure income to investors with modest capital growth.
The focus on further acquisitions will be along the eastern seaboard of Australia and New Zealand to improve the geographical and tenant diversification whilst maintaining the lease expiry profile.
The longer term aim of the Becton Office Fund is to diversify the portfolio in accordance with each state's and New Zealand's contribution to office space lettable area as a percentage to the total Australian and New Zealand office market.
| Fee Disclosure | | 2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 100% of the 3.0% upfront commission on investments in the Becton Office Fund in the form of a cheque. 2020 DIRECTINVEST may receive a trailing commission of up to 0.25% pa.
