The BlackRock Combined Property Income Fund provides investors with an opportunity to access the best of both worlds and invest in a portfolio of both direct and listed property without necessarily sacrificing liquidity.
The BlackRock Combined Property Income Fund reflects the investment styles of both of the underlying BlackRock Property Trust and BlackRock Property Securities Fund.
