The 2020 DIRECTINVEST BlueChip Series BlackRock Property Securities Index seeks to match the total return of the S&P/ASX 200 A-REIT Accumulation Index, before taking into account model fees and expenses. Managed by BlackRock Investments Australia, the model investment strategy is pursued by investing in a representative sample of securities held in the S&P/ASX 200 A-REIT Accumulation Index.
Blackrock Property Securities Index is a separately managed account that provides investors access to up to 30 stocks comprising of listed vehicles classified as Property Trusts in the Australian stock market. As a separately managed account, investors retain beneficial ownership of the underlying securities and are therefore eligible for dividends and franking credits.
