Processing your application
Upon receipt of your completed Personal Choice eWRAP application form, 2020 DIRECTINVEST will:
- open a Personal Choice eWRAP Account
- establish a Cash Account to facilitate buying and selling of managed investments and shares
- send you a welcome letter, which will confirm your account number
- send you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access Investor Online
Activating your account (Personal Choice eWRAP Investment ONLY)
You will not be able to trade shares or have access to Phone and Internet Banking on your Cash Account until you have accepted all the terms and conditions and your Account is activated. Your Account can be activated in two ways:
- Sign an application and post it to Asgard (you must activate your Account this way if you choose a CASH Connect Account) or;
- After you receive your Welcome Letter and PIN log on and accept all the terms and conditions (only if you choose an eCASH Account)
Transacting
As soon as your initial deposit or rollover is received into your newly created Personal Choice eWRAP Account you can begin transacting.
