The Great Southern Plantations Project gives investors the opportunity to invest in a full scale forestry Project. Produce from the plantations is converted into woodchips, a highly sought-after commodity used in the production of fine quality paper products, or are sold as logs.

Investing made easy
You can invest from as little as one woodlot ($3,300 GST inclusive). There are no ongoing payments apart from an annual insurance fee. When your trees are harvested, you will receive the net harvest proceeds, less 5.5% (plus GST) for management and rental expenses.

Investments are 100% tax deductible in the year in which they are made, as confirmed by Australian Taxation Office Product Ruling PR 2007/62*.
