Gunns Walnut Project no.3

The Gunns Walnut Project is an opportunity to participate as a walnut grower in the highly productive Riverina district (NSW). Growing predominantly the English Walnut, investments are held until maturity which will take approximately 25 years.

Key Features:
  • Orchard Right: Investors will have an Orchard Right over approximately 0.2 hectare Walnut Lot. Investors have the right to access and use the trees on their Walnut Lot.
  • At least 75% of the growers’ walnuts have been sold in the Walnut Sale Agreement
  • High demand of walnuts thanks to healthy benefits of eating nuts.
The land to be used in the project has been identified by Webster – listed as the contracted horticultural consultant. The project compromise of 0.19 hectare Existing Orchard and 0.01 hectare New Orchard which will be planted prior to 31 October in Year 1.
