Gunns Woodlot Project
offers a unique investment opportunity offering the flexibility of three planting options over a term of approximately 25 years. Your investment will be managed by Gunns Plantations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gunns Limited.

Gunns offers three exclusive investment options:

  • Option 1: 13 Years (approx) including a commercial thinning in year 9.
  • Option 2: 20 Years (approx) including a commercial thinning in year 9.
  • Option 3: 25 years (approx) including commercial thinning in years 13 & 18.
Investors may also choose the Blended option which includes two Option 1 Woodlots, one Option 2 Woodlot and one Option 3 Woodlot. Investors in the Blended Option receive a 5% discount on the price of individual Woodlots.
