As a further bonus, 2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 90% of the upfront commission we receive in the form of a cheque payable 6 months after the loan is set up.
Cash Rebate Example
On a loan of $500,000 2020 DIRECTINVEST would receive a minimum initial commission of $1,200, and would rebate 90% of this fee back to you in the form of a cheque, a minimum rebate amount of $1,080. The initial commission and rebate may be higher depending on the lender. By depositing this rebate straight back into your loan, further interest savings will compound for the life of the loan.
