Instreet Links Series I and II is a Deferred Purchase Agreement (DPA) providing investors with exposure to growth in the Australian share market with a single upfront payment which is a fraction of the size of the Notional Exposure of the investment.
The performance of the DPA is linked to the performance of the S&P ASX 200 Price Return Index (S&P ASX 200 Index) subject to a pre-determined cap for each Series:
- Series I: Indicative Cap of 20% return on Notional1
- Series II: Indicative Cap of 30% return on Notional2
Your investment operates by notionally tracking the S&P ASX 200 Index; returns are subject to a maximum return not exceeding the relevant cap for the series over the term of the investment.
The difference between Series I and Series II is the Issue Price and Cap. Series I has a lower price and lower cap whilst Series II has a higher price and higher cap. A one-off investment of $1.19 and $1.45 per Unit in Series I and II respectively provides investors with a notional exposure of $10 to the S&P/ASX 200 Price Return Index. The pre-defined Cap provides a defined outcome for investors which limits an investor’s exposure to their initial investment amount.

An investment in the Instreet Links Series I and II may suit you if you:

The S&P ASX 200 Index is widely followed and is designed to be a gauge for the Australian stock market. It covers approximately 78% of Australian stock market capitalisation and is calculated by Standard & Poor's. At Maturity you will receive the Delivery Parcel of stocks containing equal proportions of ordinary shares in each of the following companies:
- BHP Billiton Limited
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia
- Telstra Corporation Limited
- Westpac Banking Corporation
- Woolworths Limited
Alternatively, investors may choose the Agency Sale Option to have the Delivery Parcel sold on their behalf and receive sale monies equivalent to the final value of your investment.

1. The minimum Cap for Series I is 17%. If the actual Cap is below 17%, the issue of Units will not proceed and your investment will be refunded without interest. The actual Cap will be set on the Issue Date of the Units. It may be more or less than the indicative Cap shown.
