- Capital gains tax
- Medicare Levy and surcharge

- Non-resident withholding tax deductions
There are two ways you can invest in Lifeplan NextGen:
- As an individual, company or trust; or
- Parents, grandparents, other family friends or friends may wish to provide for a child's future using NextGen Child.
Lifeplan NextGen Investments has a Patent Pending on the NextGen Wealth Preserver feature which may be activated for one or all of your nominated beneficaries. NextGen Wealth Preserver is a unique and highly flexible way to leave money to your nominated beneficiaries after your death. It allows you to control the benefit paid to each beneficiary as well as the start date of benefit payments.
Importantly, you can choose to have the benefits paid at regular intervals instead of a lump sum in the event of your death. Money invested in a NextGen Preserver continues to enjoy the same tax treatment as other Lifeplan NextGen Investments. For more information please download and read "How the NextGen Wealth Preserver works"
Lifeplan NextGen Investments also has the NextGen Child feature, a child's advancement policy designed to accept investments of behalf of children. You retain full ownership of the investment until the child reaches a specified age with the key benefit being that the transfer of ownership does not reset the 10 year tax advantages.
