This Fund invests in and actively manages a portfolio of quality direct property, listed and unlisted property securities. The MDPF aims to provide investors with regular, tax effective income and capital growth.

The Macquarie Direct Property Fund is an open ended, unlisted property fund which primarily invests in direct property assets and a tailored portfolio of listed and unlisted property securities.

The Fund seeks to take advantage of opportunities within Macquarie's global property investment pipeline. The responsible entity is MDPML, a subsidiary of Macquarie with over 8 years specialist experience in managing unlisted property funds.

The Macquarie Direct Property Fund will seek to to provide investor returns with the following investment strategy:

Direct Property
Listed Property Securities
Sub-writing new property funds
Pre-initial public offering property investments
Wholesale investments in unlisted property/syndicates

Lonsec has awarded the Fund a rating of "Recommended (Upper End)".

Investors in the Macquarie Direct Property Fund have flexibility via the limited liquidity facility so you may be able to withdraw all or part of your capital when required¹ and the Distribution Reinvestment Option allows you to reinvest your distributions at a discounted price².

Fee Disclosure

2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 100% of the 4.0% upfront commission on investments in the Macquarie Direct Property Fund as additional units. 2020 DIRECTINVEST may receive a trailing commission of up to 0.40 pa. This trailing commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
