Macquarie reFleXion Trusts offers an 100% gearing facility to allow investors to invest with a low initial capital outlay with competitive funding costs - indicative interest rates for the investment loan start at 6.55%* pa. To help with cash flow, an interest loan is offered to fund investors' interest pre-payment for the first year. Repayments for the interest loan will be repaid in 12 monthly principal and interest payments starting 31 July 2009. The indicative interest rate for the interest loan is 10.95% pa.
