Man AHL Diversified (AUD) is the first fund offered by Man Investments Australia to provide investors the opportunity to buy and sell Shares weekly. Since 1997, 35 funds have been launched by Man Investments and have raised more than A$6 billion#. A key component of these funds is the AHL Diversified Program, which is managed by Man Investments in London.
The AHL Diversified Program
Man AHL Diversified (AUD) provides investors with access to the AHL Diversified Program, one of the world’s longest running managed futures programs which has had a low correlation with the performance of traditional asset classes. The AHL Diversified Program seeks to identify opportunities to profit from price movements, take advantage of strong market trends and exploit other market inefficiencies. A computer driven program spreads risk and invests in more than 150 international markets in a wide range of different sectors including bonds, stocks, currencies, interest rates, metals, energies, credit and agriculturals.
The AHL Diversified Program has a history of generating returns that have a high degree of independence from the direction of Australian and global stock markets. The program has provided investors with diversification during stock market corrections and aims to deliver returns that are not dependent on the continued growth of stock markets^.
