NAB offers investors security through a capital guarantee of either $1.00 or $0.85 at maturity, depending on whether a trigger event is met. Investors may be able to borrow up to 100% of the initial investment through NAB Investment Loan or to borrow up to 70% of the initial investment through the Superannuation Compliant NAB Limited Recourse Loan. |
Participation in the NAB ASX 200 Investment is fixed between 105% - 120% throughout its 5.5 year term. A triger event occurs if at the ASX closing time on any day before maturity, the level of the index is at or below 65% of its level on the issue date. Participation remains fixed if the trigger event occurs however the capital protected amount will be reduced to $0.85 in the event of the trigger being met.
Investments in NAB ASX 200 are structured as “deferred purchase agreements”, which entitles investors to be delivered selected shares or units with a value approximately equal to the value of their investment at maturity, or alternatively investors may elect to receive cash proceeds of the sale of those shares or units.

2020 DIRECTINVEST may receive a trailing commission of up to 0.5% pa on the NAB 100% Investment Loan and the NAB Limited Recourse Loan. This commission is paid by NAB Capital and is not an additional charge to the investor. |
