OFM Flexible Investment Bonds have many features that make them one of the most flexible investment products in Australia and are designed to encourage medium to long-term investment and wealth creation for any purpose.
OFM Flexible Investment Bonds can be used to:
- obtain investment returns without increasing your tax assessable income
- plan for life events
- switch between investment options without triggering CGT or other tax consequences
- achieve simplicity and certainty in tax planning
- accumulate wealth over the medium-long term without locking your money away
- transition wealth to future generations
Investors are able to select from a menu of six bond options:

Capital Guaranteed Bond
|
To provide investors with a high level of capital security and competitive after tax returns over the long-term (7-10 years). |
Income Accumulation Bond
|
To provide investors with capital security and competitive tax-paid returns over the medium term (5-7
years), and seeks to provide a rate of return in excess of a cash bond (such as the Capital Guaranteed Bond). |
Balanced Bond
|
To provide investors with capital growth over the long term (7-10 years) through exposure to a diversified portfolio of assets, including both growth assets (eg. shares and property) and income securities (eg. fixed interest and cash). |
Growth Bond
|
To provide investors with long-term (7-10 years) tax-paid capital growth and competitive returns, while controlling short-term variability of capital through a diversified portfolio of assets with the majority of assets in growth assets such as Australian and international shares and property. |
High Growth Bond
|
To provide investors with capital growth over the long term (7-10 years) through exposure to growth assets such as Australian shares, international shares and listed property securities. |
Australian Shares Bond
|
To provide investors with capital growth over the long term (7-10 years) through exposure to a diversified portfolio of Australian shares. |

| Fee Disclosure | | 2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 100% of the 3.0% entry fee on investments in the OFM Flexible Investment Bonds as additional units. 2020 DIRECTINVEST may receive a trailing commission of up to 0.33% pa. This trailing commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor. |
