The Opus Capital Growth Fund No 1 is an opportunity for investors to benefit from Opus Capital's expertise and to take advantage of the significant capital growth opportunities identified by Opus. Investors can become a part owner of an actively managed and growing portfolio of commercial properties.

Investors are invited to subscribe to a minimum of $10,000 worth of units (units are issued at $1 per Unit).

The Opus Capital Growth Fund No 1 is seeking to maximise total return to Unit holders by primarily focusing on capital growth and at the same time maintaining regular monthly distributions and provide associated taxation benefits. Capital profit will be realised from asset disposal; all assets will be sold at some time within the life of the Fund.

The Fund is a 6 year fixed period unlisted unit trust open for investment by all types of investors including superannuation funds. The Fund aims t achieve the maximum possible return for each asset with the following minimum Targeted Distribution*

The focus of the Opus Capital Growth Fund No 1 is total return, including income returns and capital profits, whilst maintaining appropriate levels of asset protection through the risk mitigation benefits of diversification.

Lonsec has awarded the Opus Income & Capital Growth Fund Offer 21 - Offer No 2 a rating of "Upper Recommended".

Fee Disclosure

2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 75% of the 4.0% upfront commission on investments in the Opus Capital Growth Fund No 1 in the form of a cheque. 2020 DIRECTINVEST will retain 1.0% to cover the costs of marketing, postage & handling and administration of this fund. No trailing commission is paid on the Opus Capital Growth Fund No 1.
