The Orchard Hybrid Property Fund invests in Australian and global listed and unlisted securities. The fund aims to provide investors with regular, partly tax deferred income and capital growth over the long term through an actively managed portfolio of investments.

Benefits of investing in the Orchard Hybrid Property Fund
  • Diversification: the fund has exposure to listed and unlisted securities, in traditional and non-traditional sectors as well as in domestic and global markets.

The Orchard Hybrid Property Fund provide the following fund features (as at 30 September 2007):
  • Daily withdrawals
  • Access to Orchard specialist funds
  • Exposure to global property
  • Lower volatility due to ownership of both listed and unlisted securities
  • Open ended structure
  • Minimum investment $5,000

Fee Disclosure
2020 DIRECTINVEST will rebate 80% of the 4.0% entry fee on investments in the Orchard Hybrid Property Fund as additional units. 2020 DIRECTINVEST will retain 0.8% to cover the costs of marketing, postage & handling and administration of this fund. No trailing commission is paid on the Orchard Hybrid Property Fund.
