Prime Value Asset Management is a boutique investment company specialising in creating wealth for high net-worth individuals, private investors and select institutions. Prime Value offers two managed equity funds
- the Prime Value Growth Fund and the Prime Value Imputation Fund.
Both funds combine the philosophy and investment process of Prime Value Asset Management, placing great emphasis on stock selection, portfolio strategy and market timing.
- Emphasis on stock selection to generate returns, using economic and financial data to assess the liquidity, efficiency and the earnings potential of companies.
- Portfolio strategy using strategic decisions involving major commitments that affect the overall structure of the portfolio.
- Market timing is used to enhance performance, even though very sparingly.
The Prime Value Growth Fund aims to provide medium to long term capital growth, with potential for some income, by managing a portfolio of primarily Australian equities listed on the Australian stock exchange. The fund will be compromised of securities, primarily companies listed or due to be on the Australian stock exchange within the next 12 months.
The Prime Value Imputation Fund seeks to provide capital growth over the medium to long term, with regular tax-effective income, by managing a portfolio of assets comprised mainly of Australian equities listed on any recognised Australian stock exchange. The benchmark for both the Imputation Fund and Growth Fund is the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation index.

This trailing commission is paid by Prime Value Asset Management and is NOT an additional charge to the investor. |
