Sandalwood is native to Western Australia and is one of Australia's most valuable timbers. The Rewards Sandalwood Project 2007 is an investment opportunity to invest in the establishment and operation of intensively managed Australian Sandalwood plantation in Western Australia.

Sandalwood is a very valuable global commodity and Western Australian Sandalwood has been successfully exported to Asian markets for over 160 year. The world Sandalwood market struggles to meet demand with rapidly rising prices of 18% per annum for more than ten years as a result. Growers can capitalise on the opportunity to grow Sandalwood to be sol to Asian markets.

This is the eighth project in an ongoing series of Sandalwood plantation projects developed by Rewards Group totaling 5599 hectares to date. The founding Rewards Group Sandalwood plantation is currently being harvested with investors' flagrant timber being highly sought after by international purchasers.

Growers in the Rewards Group Sandalwood Project 2007 can expect to receive distributions every 5-7 years throughout the life of the project, through to a final clear fell harvest at approximately year 20.
