The Rewards Tropical Fruits Project 2008 offers the opportunity to become involved in the establishment and operation of premium commercial stone fruit and mango orchards. The produce will then have immediate access to domestic and developing overseas markets.
The Project presents a favourable market opportunity to capitalize on an undersupplied market, as stone fruit will be harvested at the earliest stage of the season when there is normally an absence from Asian markets. This is a flourishing industry, with an estimated farm gate value of $100 million in 2005/2006.
