Sophisticated Investor Eligbility
To be deemed as a wholesale or sophisticated investor, an individual must meet one of the following criteria:
- have net assets of at least $2.5 million; or
- have a gross income for each of the last 2 financial years of at least $250,000 a year; or
- invest $500,000 or more into the investment opportunity.
