28 August 2008 Due to recent market conditions, Tankstream have announced they will suspend all applications and redemptions until further notice in order to maintain liquidity in the fund.
The Tankstream Property Investment Fund aims to provide investors with a consistent and attractive level of income combined with the potential for capital growth via a diversified portfolio of predominantly unlisted domestic property securities.
Investors can gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of unlisted and listed property securities, wholesale property funds and alternative property securities that provides a high proportion of distributions as tax deferred income.
