Agribusiness projects pay up to 10% upfront commission to licensed advisers and dealer groups. Invest in agribusiness managed investment schemes via 2020 DIRECTINVEST for 80% commission rebate of upfront commissions.

Agribusiness offers an investment option for investors with a focus on Australian agricultural commodities such as forestry and horticulture. Agribusiness can diversify an investment portfolio as it has low correlation with interest rates, share markets, bonds or property markets. Projects with an ATO Product Ruling may entitle the investor to an upfront tax deduction for the amount invested.

Fund managers will typically pay commissions approximately 6 weeks after the close of projects. 2020 DIRECTINVEST will issue your rebate cheque when the commission is received.
