Investors in the Wealthtrac Portfolio Service should complete the Investment Authority form and fax to Wealthtrac on (02) 4228 2360.
Investors in the Wealthtrac Superannuation Master Trust should complete the Investment Authority form in Part 2 of the PDS and fax to Wealthtrac on (02) 4228 2360.
