The Westpac Diversified Property Fund is an unlisted, open ended, direct property fund investing in retail, office and industrial properties in Australia. The Fund aims to deliver regular tax deferred income with strong capital growth potential from a diverse portfolio of quality property assets.
The Westpac Diversified Property Fund has a portfolio of 15 properties1 located across give Australian states and diversified across the retail, industrial and office property sectors. Properties held by the WDPF have high occupancy and investment grade tenants support a stable income stream for investors.

The responsible entity for the WDPF is Westpac Funds Management Limited, with over $3.1 billion1 in funds under management. The fund pays quarterly distributions and investors have access to a Limited Liquidity Facility that provides investors with the opportunity to sell Fund Units subject to the limits and conditions detailed in the Product Disclosure Statement. Fund Units can be sold each quarter at a 2% discount to the Net Asset Value per Unit.
