.gif) Almond Investors Limited (AIL) has been operating since 2003 to become a specialised and experienced manager in the highly lucrative almond orchard industry. It is an unlisted public company with projects spanning over approximately 1,800 acres of almond orchards based on a property at Piangil, near Swan Hill in Victoria. Their products are offered via licensed Financial Planners and advisers.
AIL acts as Responsible Entity for all Projects and Orchard Asset Trusts. AIL oversees the horticultural operations, financial, processing and marketing functions, as well as the administration of the Orchard Asset Trust for Orchard Asset Owners. Growers can trust AIL to regularly update them with reports and communications regarding their investment.
The Board of Directors are made up of an experienced team of individuals with strong backgrounds in financial services and the almond industries. Chairman Michael Naphtali has an extensive background as a senior executive in matters of financial management, corporate strategy and capital raising. Executive Director Wayne Overall had successfully overseen the marketing and designs of almond orchard investment projects before coming on board AIL. Co-Executive Director Graham Johns is widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading almond horticulture experts.
