Barossa VinesBarossa Vines Limited is an internationally acclaimed leader in the vineyard management and wine grape growing industry. Its operations are based in the Barossa, one of the most prominent wine regions of Australia.  Today, the Barossa name is instantly recognised, as the powerful brand behind its flagship shiraz, the grape variety most commonly linked to the award-winning Grange and Jacob’s Creek brands. Barossa Vines has established itself as the largest independent wine grower in the region. Its first vineyards were built in the early 1990s and its operations have grown to cover 200 hectares, a figure that is still increasing to date. Its operations are purpose built on arid land, specifically chosen for its Mediterranean climates and abundant water supply.

World class facilities are of primary concern to the team at Barossa and have ensure the company’s premier position in the winemaking industry. Irrigation systems are fully automated and computer controlled. Cultivation, pruning and spraying are all mechanised to allow for around the clock attention and care of its vineyards. Its spraying programme is one that exceeds Australian and international standards.

Furthermore, the Barossa team is made up of leading consultants including winemakers and viticulturalists. With these experts in their field on board, Barossa Vines can ably and strategically source the most effective properties on which their projects are based, in order to provide promising investment opportunities for investors wishing to participate in the dynamic winemaking industry. The Directors of the Responsible Entity possess proven expertise, having overseen nine fully established projects over the years. Their combined experience spans decades in accounting, company management, financial planning and technical and management positions in the wine industry. Their projects also have the added marketing advantage of being based in the famous Barossa region, which is a powerful force in facilitating ease of sales.
