Rewards Group Ltd wholly owns Rewards Projects Ltd, Rewards Management Pty Ltd and Rewards Land Pty Ltd. Rewards Projects Ltd acts as the Responsible Entity: it is the body that holds the Growers’ funds and is contracted by Growers to manage the Projects. Rewards Projects Ltd in turn will contract these services to Rewards Management Pty Ltd. Rewards Management Pty Ltd is the manager of the Projects and is responsible for establishing, managing, harvesting and selling the produce from the Project.
Growers can rely on Rewards Management to employ a transparent management structure, combined with their proven expertise. On board the team are professional foresters Mr Craig Anderson and Dr Andrew Rado. Mr Anderson has business qualifications and 12 years behind him in the forestry industry while Dr Rado spent 8 years with the Department of Conservation and Land Management before becoming the co-founder of Rewards Group.
