Brand Smart Premium Outlet Centre is a Discount Factory Outlet ("DFO") Shopping Centre situated on the Golden Mile in Nunawading, Victoria, 18 km east of Melbourne CBD. Brand Smart Premium Outlet Centre is where consumer and retail favourites integrate seamlessly with over 60 local and international brands.

Opened in 1999 and extensively redesigned and extended in 2013, the centre has 9,315 sqm of Net Lettable Area and has a site area of 25,824 sqm as well as parking for 455 cars.

The investment Offer is to raise up to $40 million, through the issue of up to 40 million units in The Brandsmart One Trust at a price of $1.00 per unit. The equity is fully underwritten to $34m and the underwriters have also agreed to invest a minimum of $10m of the $40m equity sought for the term of this Trust (5-7 years).

Acure Funds Management Ltd settled on 31st August 2016 the purchase of the Brand Smart Premium Outlet.

The settlement results in investors getting a pro rata return immediately upon investing, payable monthly.

The minimum investment amount is $100,000 and further increments must be in multiples of $50,000.

The property also benefits from its destination which is situated at 286 – 292 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading Melbourne Victoria and is strategically located 18 km east of Melbourne, CBD.

According to data published by VicRoads, there is an average of approximately 45,000 vehicles using Whitehorse Road each day.

Trust Term

An equity raising fee of 2% of equity raised will be payable by the Trust for services relating to the raising of the equity in the trust.
