To establish a Personal Choice eWRAP account through 2020 DIRECTINVEST please: 

  1. Read Personal Choice eWRAP Investment or Super/Pension product disclosure statement.
  2. Complete the application form and send it to

We will open your account on the same day we receive your completed application form.

What you will receive

You will receive a welcome email from 2020 DIRECTINVEST confirming your account has been established along with information on how you can transact and maintain your account via 2020 DIRECTINVEST with the help of our staff.

Asgard (administrators of the Personal Choice eWRAP) will send you send you a welcome letter, which will confirm your account number and send you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access InvestorOnline. InvestorOnline is your secure online access to your eWRAP portfolio. eWRAP Investment account applicants will also receive access information and a PIN for their chosen cash account.

Cheque Please ensure cheques are crossed as 'Not Negotiable' and are made out to the appropriate account:
  • Personal Choice eWRAP Investment <Account Name>; OR
  • Personal Choice eWRAP Super<Account Name>; OR
  • Personal Choice eWRAP Pension <Account Name>
Cheque are posted to Asgard as soon as your account has been opened.
Direct Debit Asgard will automatically debit your nominated account once your account has been activated.
(Please refer to the Direct Debit Agreement in the PDS for more information)
Direct Credit / EFT (Investment accounts only) As part of your welcome email, 2020 will include for you the BSB and account number for your chosen cash account associated with your eWRAP Investment account. Deposits can then be made by contacting your bank.
BPAY
(Super accounts only)
As part of your eWRAP welcome pack, Asgard will provide you with Biller and a Customer Reference number to make electronic superannuation contributions for the following types:
  • Employer
  • Personal Deducted
  • Personal Undeducted
  • Salary Sacrifice
  • Superannuation Guarantee
  • Spouse
Rollover
(Super accounts only)
If you would like Asgard to arrange for your superannuation to be transferred from another super fund, please complete the Transfer Authority form as well as the application form.

Existing Investments

In specie transfer from another wrap account

If you have an investment wrap account with another wrap account provider, it may be possible to in specie transfer your existing investments without having to sell them*. Please contact our office if you would like further information on moving managed funds and shares held through another wrap account to a Personal Choice eWRAP account.

"Migration" from another eWRAP account

If you have an Asgard eWRAP (or another badged version of the eWRAP platform), it may be possible to migrate to the Personal Choice eWRAP with a one page migration form. The form is processed by Asgard within a week and once 2020 becomes the servicing broker on the migrated account, you will not only benefit from the lower administration fee available on the Personal Choice eWRAP but we will immediately remove entry, exit and ongoing adviser fees that you were previously paying.
